​Andrea Fischer is focused on helping businesses navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. Andrea brings a multidisciplinary background spanning in-house roles at a technology company, experience at a Big Four accounting firm, and service in state government. This blend of legal, tax, and regulatory exposure allows her to approach business problems with a practical, cross-functional perspective.  

 

Andrea enjoys working closely with business owners and leadership teams to anticipate issues early, simplify decision-making, and reduce risk as companies grow. Andrea is especially passionate about translating complex legal and tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Her goal is to serve as a trusted long-term advisor—helping clients move forward with confidence, structure, and strategic foresight.​
